New Zealand

New Zealand is a country in the Oceania region. Its Maori name is Aotearoa and it means long white cloud. Its Maori hero is called Maui he has lots of legends about saving NZ. New Zealand is a small country.

Population

New Zealand's current population is at least 4,789,690 people. We have 0.06% of the world's population. Our 3 languages are Sign, Maori and English. At least 1.2 million people visit New Zealand each year.

Foods

Everyone in NZ loves food every Christmas we have heaps of food. Like hangis, Pavlova, Ice cream, and Crayfish. Our famous drink that is made in NZ is call L&P it is nice and yum in hot days. NZ has lots of foods and they taste awesome.

Activities

In New Zealand there are cool things to do. You can visit popular places like the hobbit houses the snow, movies, pools, theme park, Luging, and even visit our famous sky tower restaurant Fortuna. If you want to act brave you can visit our horror theme park called Spookers. Even though NZ does not have much theme parks it is an awesome place.

Kiwi

In NZ we have animals like every other country but our native bird that we love is called a kiwi. We try to care for them because they are becoming endangered because of our pests. The kiwi is the name of our people in NZ. The kiwi is a bird that cannot fly.

NZ is a great place to live. It has great places to visit and interesting things to see. I recommend for you to come see it. It is a safe place for tourists.

A little mouse was cruising around a pond where nearby a frog lived the frog saw him and ran up to him the frog asked if he wanted to hang out.





The mouse agreed but said he would need a little bit of help to get across the pond even though he could swim a bit.





The frog came up with something and he shared his idea he grabbed a rope and tied it around his then the mouses the frog jumped in and they were flying around the water the mouse was finished and asked to go back to shore but the frog carried on and the mouse drowned the frog tried to untie himself from the dead mouse but a hawk came flying over and picked them up with the frog as well the hawk must of had a lucky catch.
